Along with a Homepage Redesign. I worked on their e-commerce partner site, specifically focusing on their toys. We worked to improve their product catalog, develop an easy-to-use checkout process, and optimize the site for mobile devices. I also provided insights and recommendations to help them better understand customer behavior and tailor their products and services to meet their customers’ needs. In the end, I was able to help the client improve their customer experience and increase their sales.
